LEGO One Piece Becomes a Real Line on August 1

LEGO’s first properly-sized One Piece wave hits shelves on 1 August 2026: seven sets spanning $29.99 to $179.99, covering the Drum Island arc and Little Garden. After a cautious start and the Netflix live-action tie-in earlier this year, this is the drop where LEGO stops testing the licence and starts treating it as a franchise.

For a house with a Straw Hat obsession - and there are a lot of those right now - this is the first time the shelf has a real choice on it.

Why It Matters for Dads

Garp’s Marine Battleship (75646) is the set worth talking about. 1,705 pieces, $179.99, and a minifigure roster that does the heavy lifting: Zoro, Usopp, Nami, Miss All Sunday, Tashigi, Helmeppo, Koby and Vice Admiral Garp himself. The ship carries a dog figurehead, five foil sails and a foil flag, and the deck opens up to reveal a map room, Garp’s office and a market scene underneath.

That opening deck is the detail that matters at home. A sealed display ship is a thing children are told not to touch; a ship that opens into three playable rooms is a toy that survives past the weekend. Combined with eight minifigures, the Marine Battleship is the best play-value set in the entire August wave, and that includes sets costing more.

At the other end, Dr. Hiriluk’s Hideout (75641) is 271 pieces for $29.99 - a genuine pocket-money entry point with minifigures included. If you are not sure the anime phase is permanent, this is the sensible thirty dollars to risk. Between the two sit Woogey vs. Boogey: Giants of Little Garden (75644) at 733 pieces, a Drum Castle duel, a Captain Smoker showdown, a buildable Tony Tony Chopper and a Gum-Gum Fruit set.
