Ahead of its Saturday SDCC panel, Star Wars: Zero Company revealed its full voice cast — and the headline is a genuine reunion: Matt Lanter returns as Anakin Skywalker, and Dee Bradley Baker voices the squad’s lead clone trooper, Trick. Both actors are reprising roles they originated on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, which is as close to an instant credibility stamp as this genre gets.

For anyone who came around on Star Wars animation the honest way — bouncing off The Clone Wars at first, then getting hooked once the show found its footing in its later seasons — this cast reveal lands differently than a normal game-marketing beat. Matt Lanter’s Anakin and Dee Bradley Baker’s clone-trooper work are two of the most recognizable voices in the entire Clone Wars era, and bringing both back for an original squad story (set during the same period, not a retread) suggests Lucasfilm is treating this as a genuine extension of that show’s world rather than a cheap cash-in on the name.
