What we’d play this week

Top tip of the week: Pikmin 4 - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy

Pikmin 4 - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy — Switch 2. Thursday. The best-loved new thing about this edition is the exam mode, and owners of the original Switch version only pay for the upgrade. A Switch 2 is the way in if you are still on the old console.

With the family: Sonic Pico Park

Sonic Pico Park — Switch 2, Switch, PS5, Xbox, PC. Thursday, and made for a sofa: 2 to 8 players, simple puzzles, plenty of shouting.

From the backlog: Split Fiction (5/5)

Split Fiction — PS5, Xbox, PC. If your couch is more two-player than eight, this is the co-op game we would bring out first.
